the owner was rude and only intentioned to collect exorbitant money . although we need ac he charges 1000/- extra per day. even he couldn't listen to consider a little for ac charges. he has used rubbish language and rude behaviour. it should not be recommended at all.

Nice of the hotel to call me on me on the day of arrival. I arrived after 9pm. The receptionist could not speak Hindi or English. Had to ask for soap, towel, tissues. Linen was dirty. AC air smelled. Right across Cochin Univ and Metro station. Food choices around hotel not good but two metro stops from it you cam find good restaurants.

Dirty and very poor maintenance. Bed linen dirty and smelling.owner very abusive if you complain about the issues to him.

Hotel is completely different than the photo.

The air conditioner was not working, the linen, bed sheets were not clean and the rooms were very cramped they simply didn't listen as we were customers

I have booked Executive AC room but, not much good as per the room price. So, please don't take high prices for these type of rooms.

no floor matt towels &dirty smell.,bathroom fittings are fully dameged., wifi not connected TV also

Its a really good Hotel in less budget, I loved it personally, the staff's are really good.
Will prefer everyone this hotel.

quiet location,near highway junction of CUSAT courteous and caring staff. clean rooms and toilet. ample quantity of hot and cold water always
