Co-operative staff, room can be more hygienic. Food needs improvement. All over good experience! Budget friendly at a prime location is definitely a Plus points.

Location and view from room are good
Rooms are not clean at all, even they are not providing proper room service. Even though it'll take almost 40 minutes to serve a water bottle.
we are booking an 8 person allocated room and the room has 3 ac's but 3 ac's have failed to cool the room .
The washroom is not cleaned at all. The bed sheets are in very bad condition.

Bengal Beach Resort: "Luxury" = LandfillThis "resort" prioritizes extracting maximum money from guests while providing minimal effort, rendering comfort and satisfaction irrelevant. From arrival, basic hospitality was clearly alien.Our "luxury penthouse" experience began with a farcical situation: despite our late check-in, the room was not ready. It's good, the behavior of the staff is also good. Room quality. The condition of the rooms are not as good as the picture, broken window glass, freeze not working well.. The room was getting damp when the AC was turned off.
Still, it's okay for a short trip with family, friends and close ones..

at first room conditions are so bad.... washroom is horrible.. they show good looking rooms but after check in u feel the diffrence.. room window is broken... ac and mini fridge not working properly, very old type... we have complimentary breakfast.. taste are very bad..

The two nights stay was quite good , according to the price you will get a standard room which looks exactly like the pictures. But, the food trust me guys is the best here , every single dish is tasty and delicious. The quantity is also perfect. The staffs are very polite and friendly. The resort is exactly located over beach which is just like a private access as it is very less crowded. In one sentence, everything is good and standard. The pool is also quite good just like the pictures. Only, check the bills properly before payment.

Good budget stay near mandarmani beach.. this property located near the beach.. foods are good as well...
