the stay was just ok. the room was an old room. no maintenance. bathroom was clean. bath towel was horrible. the towel was smelling. bed linen was also old. it was basic room with no frills. for such kind of a non ac room, the rate should not be more than rs. 700-800 per night. i would suggest people not to book rooms in bennies.

it was a horrible experience i had ever face...the room was not cleaned and the fouling smell was in room... charging port was not working..

after check in @8pm yesterday 28th late evening, normal procedure of verification, filling the form, payment proof was donewhile just started staying in the room:the foll: particulars were found not good/ not given1) to hang the clothes, there were no provisions as the bar to hang the clothes were found broken,though reported to the reception we were not provided2) tv was the oldest model nd not working properly 3)there were spider webs nd the window curtain was seen not even washed4) bathroom looks very old5) ac was working, though an old oneso out of 5 i can give less than 2 grade
