prominent location, nice rooms, well maintained property, little inconveniences as renovation is going on, we have to bear with. overall experience is good and value for money is great

In Goibibgo mentioned 12PM is check in time but in hotel they are not allowing customer at 12PM they are saying 2PM is check in time. Morning breakfast is not tasty. Location is good.

Do you think this is an executive room?? There was no fan provided… no ventilation and corridors were smelling like shit as opposite rooms are under construction there was lot of noise all the day. The stay wasn’t pleasant at all

Worst hotel ever i have stayed. Room not clean and hotel is too old. Food is very worst. Too much noise even during night due to renovation work. Hotel is not worth the price. Its not worth for one star either

Too costly..
Booked room for Rs.2800 with not even complementary break fast...
Property has gone bit old one..
Didn't get that fresh feel for the money paid...

Good for couple stay and hotel in center of city. It will easily connect to all areas. Most important factor is shopping area and shopping malls are near by hotel.

Dear Sir, I had booked a room at Benzz Park hotel, Chennai on 19.10.2021 to 21.10.2021. For the first day I booked and for next day i continued it. 1) Initially, the staff at the reception was given terrible service which i never faced at any hotel.This is the customer service provided by your hotel staff by charging the hotel room and behaving like they have given for charity to us.2) For the second day i continued the room for that we asked the manual bill which they given, but wrongly entered ...more
