worst experience i have ever feel.this is not hotel.there is no ac remote , there is no tv, there is no fan regulator. water problem in the bathroom.after reaching by stairs up in 3rd floor without lift atleast this all shouldn't have problem in this hotel.

Location is great near new market. It's on the 3rd floor of a really nice old heritage building.

Best Inn was a good hotel earlier but now it's finished. The owners are not interested in keeping this hotel active .First day there was no room kept for me inspite of me having 6 days reservation. They gave me a non ac room to adjust .
Horrible hotel 🏨 old and fading building and absolutely no maintenance. This was my last visit.
Avoid if possible
No room kept inspite of reservations, they sold the room to someone else . No one to monitor. Room conditions are pathetic now .

The Hotel Is Located At Central Kolkata . The Rooms Are Newly Made In Which We Are Shipped ! The Rooms Are Very Sapcious And Very Neat And Clean With All Modern Equipments Like Android TV , Froasted Ac , Lift Etcs. The Toilets Is Just WoW .The Stafs Are Very Helpfull . They Didnt Let Us Carry Our Luggage Since We Entered The Hotel . The Behaviour Is Very Good . They Provided Quality Breakfast . Also They Gave A Free Breakfast Also And Charged Nothing From Us ! They Also Provided Extra Pillows . The View From Rooms Window Says It All . Loved The Hotel Very Much !
