Very pathetic experience. We travel for giving exam.Neither we are given welcome fruit and juice that is our in plan.Worst of all there are bed bugs because of which my son couldn't sleep all night.Bathroom is also leaking .In short I can say it is not 5 star hotel,very bad experience.

we had 3 occupancy in room. additional bed was very bad and old with springs on it which were hurting the back . after composing they put a mattress over the dilapidated mattress. that mattress is bad and should be thrown out if hotel. reception staff very unfriendly

it's a good hotel overall. rooms are clean and service is decent. the breakfast was also great and had a good amount of options. the ambience and infrastructure overall is great. the location is a bit on the outside since it's a developing area but it's manageable.

Hotel Property is good but very disgusting and disappointing staff. Never wants to visit again. Not at all for family. This hotel took an hour for check in. However we reached around 3 pm. We checked in around 4 pm. Hotel is good but Reception desk and Hospitality is too poor. Frequent power cuts. Frequent wrong number calls Staff rings door bell quite often.

decent 4 star property, rooms are good, food is great, staff is well behaved but professionalism is missing. specifically understaffed for recieving, managing luggage. for business travel 4/5 and for family 3.5/5. hygiene and all is great

Not value for money. Couldn't even find the hotel, it's between offices, the google map wasn't able to find it either. doesn't look anything. Sofas are dirty. The window view is another wall. Overall, never going to book it again
