The rooms were incredibly dirty and the staff remained remarkably unmoved despite several complaints. It is saddening to see such poor stsndard of hygiene.

Good Hotel, clean rooms snd bathroom. Recommended for stay, as very near to Mandir. Room AC had issue, had to call technician twice. It was taking time for cooling the room. Asked to change the room but no rooms available. Electrical switches in the room old and few power points not working.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely unsatisfactory, failing to meet even the most basic of expectations. Both of the rooms we booked had an unpleasant odor that persisted throughout our stay, forcing us to keep the windows open and the fan running constantly. To make matters worse, one of the rooms had a bathroom door that lacked a proper latch, making it impossible to close fully. We found this to be a major inconvenience. worst experience very poor and old hotel . drainage problem in bathroom. lift is not working. Bringing TEA from outside at 10/- per cup and serving customers at 60/- per cup . asking for RS 200/- as brokerage charges for tea cup which are broken by service boy. don't go for this hotel better options are Dhhantara and so many at cheaper rate
