Highly pleasant and satisfying stay with incredible view from the Hotel. Most importantly, the staff was very very good and humble. Exceedingly Recommended.

Good location, but pricey. If you opt for a budget room, you'll not get a good balcony and room size is too small.
Washroom shower was too slow. Food was too spicy.

we booked 2 Deluxe room with balcony view. but during payment one room was budget friendly and one was deluxe with balcony. we paid as deluxe room for both. not fair. budget room was very small.

The hotel is good, but now it's loosing their charm as some new building has been constructed adjacent to Birds view, which is now ruining the clear view of birds view.The food has now become average.View from orange room is same as it was earlier but view from adjacent rooms have been spoiled.overall ratingsView - 3.5*Food- 2.75*Tea - 1* (They have started using powder milk/ amul moti milk for tea)***Packet milks are easily available in KasauliStaff - 4*Cleanliness- 5*

The rooms are amazing in context of cleanliness, space. The amenities are quite less, linens are satisfactory, washroom with very limited toiletries.
The rooms are no doubt overpriced. But the place is cozy, silent and with ample parking. No kasauli type feel, but kasauli is well connected 15 mins away.
Otherwise a satisfactory experience.

All over stay was good and comfortable. Staff was very gentle and helpful. Cleanliness was okay. But I have reduced one star because of street dog that was roaming here and there inside the hotel premises.
One more thing as a suggestion i.e. clocks should be provided in all the rooms.
Overall stay was cool 👍👍
