The stay was really comfortable, the staff is lovely and very welcoming. Service is top-notch. Food was very delicious. In short a must stay property, when in Thekkady.The have amazing outdoor activities like Archery and Ziplining. Also a infinity pool. And they have an amazing valley view from the an area they call “The Deck”.Amazing stay.

We have stayed in pavilion,room doesnt meet our expectations especially for this much money compared to other 5 star properties,jacuzzi was not in a good condition,we called 3 to 5 times fr maintanence each time while we use it,we waited for 30 minutes for evry room service.The food was ok,add atleast single non veg for mng buffet.These are so usual in many other hotels of same category.Ice cubes were not available.Not much of guests were there,still they take too much time for room service.
