Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was decent sized and the staff was very courteous and polite. The odd and disappointing thing about the hotel was that once we checked in and decided to order some food, the receptionist told us that the cafe chef was unavailable and the other cafe employees had no clue how to make any kind of sandwiches or any other food item. Worst experience at this Hotel All the Pictures they shown on Travel are Fake.. Their Service is Pathetic , Staff is very Rude & un experienced Staff were at Reception.. Will not Recommend anyone to book this pathetic Property...

They could not provide extra mattress. Food options very less. Food portion was very less. No water in the washroom in the morning

The property was clean on arrival but the housekeeping facilities aren't very up to the mark. Somewhat disappointed as my experience was less than ideal. The hotel staff must work on being a little more welcoming and proactive about managing guest expectations than just checking in guests at the reception.

Very well managed. Buffet is amazing costing only 330 per head. Very clean and tidy rooms. Staff is very understanding and reasonable. Go for it without a doubt. I'm saving it for future Cleanliness, food, rooms were big and brand new, washrooms were amazing
