This hotel looks exactly as shown in the pictures, it has a somewhat beautiful, old world feel. A little further from the main road, the hotel is quaint and provides respite from the other wise chaotic Gurgaon city. The rooms are of comfortable size with amenities and the in-house restaurant is well equipped for a filling breakfast. Overall my experience was good and I would recommend this boutique hotel.

They add around 26% of the extra charge on food bills in the name of taxes. Plus, provide no published listed benefits such as 10% discount on food or free upgrade etc. The room was good.

not so good as seen in picture. difficult to approach , room untidy , bathroom smelly and dirty. feel like staying in b class hotel

It's always a delight to stay at Bloom. I love the bright, vibrant colours, the art on the walls, and the cheerful atmosphere. I often choose Bloom over higher-rated hotels because it truly feels like a 'Happy Hotel'.

I had a pleasant stay at the property but they did not give any free upgrade despite all the rooms were available on the day I booked. They serve buffet breakfast till 10:30, then close the kitchen till afternoon citing cleaning reasons, but all they want is to resist guests from ordering Ala Carte, to pay for their expensive (and not so value for money buffet) in the morning.
