View & Food was excellent but room are not maintained properly. Need to uppgarde the rooms according to price.

No room fresher
No bathroom fragrance
Refused basic service of room service.
No luggage drop to the room.
Milk shake had pineapple fibre , when asked said that they were doing pineapple juice, might have fallen.

this hotel staff waves like a family member I am really thankful for their hospitality and attention thanks definitely I will come again and tell everyone to live at least once in this hotel also thanks to who is the Chef also every other staff is very nice

so wonderful sea view hotel with affordable rate… rooms r very specious, neat and clean hotel, food was so tasty and food quality was also good. the service was also so good. the staff was polite and very helpful.
overall it was very good stay.

The stay at Blu Missel was comfortable. Rooms are quite spacious and maintained well. Rooms in First Floor are better than ground floor rooms. Breakfast and food at the restaurant is very good. Staff at the hotel are very courteous.

it was a good stay ..a lovely ambience...even though the building is old i felt the very good maintenance of the rooms...the river view was very pleasing.
