It was castle for the namesake . Worst staff , no service , smelly rooms .. to be avoided .. Bad rooms

वह रूम बहुत गन्दा था और वहा पर बहुत गंदी बदबू हो रही थी रूम सर्विस में मुझे पानी तक नहीं दिया गया बाथरूम भी बहुत गंदी थी था तक की जब मैं सुबह नहाने गया तो पानी ही नहीं आ रहा थामुझे था की सर्विस बहुत गंदी लगी

It's a nice place to stay. The hotel staff is very nice and supportive. Room was clean and neat. Bed was also comfortable. It was a nice stay there.

Dear sir, When we reached no water available. No room key TV not working Bed was dirty Towel were not cleaned up to mark AC remote na Some piece of hair was lying on bed.
