Had a very disappointing experience with room in this resort.
First room was changed due to non functioning of TV and landline telephone. In second room we had to live with many cockroaches and ants. The staff was prompt to offer us one more change, but due to multiple room changes we declined that offer and asked for a hit spray. During our stay of two days, we spend lot if time in killing these insects and getting room cleaned. Rather than offering multiple facilities, they should focus on ma ...more

One of the better properties in Lansdowne which has looks and feel of a resort.
Food is good, lot of options for Games, activities.

Everything was perfect, specially the staff behaviour. Right from Reception to Housekeeping, everyone in Hotel are very helpful making our stay even more pleasurable.
