Amazing stay... We stayed for 4 nights. we are checking out tomm. Delicious home cooked food by aunty. Kaustub and his Father and mother are great hosts. They made us feel like family. Room - Big, spacious. Neat . washroom is clean and big Food - Excellent home cooked food. Food in near by so called restaurants are no way near to theirs home cooked food Location - Near Lingmala waterfall stop Excellent hospitality. Very humble and supportive

It was a nice experience staying there. Room was very spacious, clean, free WiFi and ample space for parking a 4 wheeler. This property is on the main road next to Swaad Family Restaurant. We were traveling with a baby and the best part is that the host allowed us to use their kitchen to cook baby food. The host Kaustabh & his family are very humble. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to stay there again.

This is one of the best homestays I have stayed at, the rooms are spacious and very neatly maintained, gives a good homestay/cottage vibe and this is on the highway from Mahabaleshwar to Panchgani, right opposite to lingmala waterfalls deviation. I reached late in the night yet the host (Kaustubh) guided me and welcomed me well. The next two days of stay was just amazing and Kaustubh is a young champ with a great hospitality mind, he has so many ideas of expanding this cottage yet maintaining the quality. I would rate a 5⭐
