Room was booked for 3 adults but the bed could accommodate only 2 persons. The size of room and bathroom were extremely small. Water was leaking from the outlet pipe of the small basin and bath shower as well. There was no intercom telephone facility for availing room service. There was only window AC with no remote control facility or any other controls. AC made a lot of noise and was small in size. The two small ceiling fans had no regulators. Overall really bad experience. Worst hotel in Kolkata as per my opinion.

due to lack of lift facility we suffer a lot. my old age mother & father get huge pain. it was my wrong decision to take service from you. rooms were not at par. no cleanliness. food facility was not available. in short I would like to suggest before showing property you varify it from your end first!

The hotel is wonderful for stay in proper kolkata.Staffs are very cooperative,polite and gentle.Foods are good.Very good hotel for stay.Must recommend.

The hotel is excellent.The rooms are very good,staffs are cooperative ,politie and very gentle.Foods are good and at reasonable cost.At the heart of the city it is very good hotel for stay.Must recommend.

Nice hotel. location was perfect. only cons is no lift in the hotel so you have to take the stairs to reach 4th Floor.

in good location only problem is lift no lift hotel at 3rd floor lift is not available room are in third floor reception not so fast otherwise overalls good for location and stay

Except food part, this guest house is very nice to stay.
