I have stayed in this hotel and will still prefer it but this time the service was very disappointing. The ac remote was not working, you cannot change the speed of the fan on-off only, the phone wasn't working, the toilet wasn't that clear and most importantly the lock, the inside lock isn't working. Every after asking they didn't change the room. My first visit was good but this one was disappointing. Hope they'll improve.
