Extremely disappointing stay at this 3-star hotel. Our experience started on a sour note when the staff refused to accommodate our early check-in request despite our train schedule. No alternative solutions were offered.
Post-check-in, the first room had a non-functional AC and an unbearable odor, forcing us to switch rooms. Unfortunately, the second room had its own set of issues: the washroom door wouldn't lock, a lamp was broken, and there was no fridge - a basic amenity expected from any ho ...more

the hotel is located in a very good location, the staffs are professional, the room is spacious, interiors are good. but we have had a very bad experience during our 2 nights stay here. On our 2nd day of stay the toilets ran out of water for 4 hours 30 minutes in the evening. That caused us problem.
