The view is good. Food is simple and nice. There is a need to provide a little more amenities in the room like Toilet Paper, Electric Kettle and bath mat as the bathroom can get slippery. There is also a need to provide Wifi. While booking there is a need to mention the floors specially for Senior Citizens as we were allotted on the third level covering more than 100 steps every time one is moving out of the room . Even the rise of the steps is more than normal which makes it tough for Senior C ...more

We had a bad stay experience. We weren't even allowed to use the exhaust fan in the room, and the geyser was not even working in the morning. Mobile charging was even turned off by them, even without asking us in the room. We paid the full amount and were surprised that the hotel management was saving this much electricity.

It was nice and spacious room, food was good, distance was 4-5 km from lansdowne market, mountain view was superb, peaceful. Overall good experience to stay and it may recommended.

Main issue is Hotel Staff is not helpful. Food was average and found 1 polybag partical in food. Photo attached. Room condition was not good, It is below average. View was nice. Not recommended at all. Hotel Staff is not helpful. No space for kids playing. View was nice but room was below average. I booked hotel included breakfast but once i was check in the hotel they said break fast is not included after multiple call they agree to provide break fast.. Main issue is Staff is very rude , Not helpful at all.

The stay was pleasant it was close to the major attraction of lansdowne like tip and top view point, bulla tal etc (around 10 to 15 min drive) on arrival we had to park the car on road but the hotel staff helped us with it and there were cameras installed. The food and breakfast buffet was delicious and the hospitality was good. There was a common balcony and the view from there was amazing. The rooms were clean and hygenic. overall it was good experience and will recommend staying here. The hotel staff was helpful and the mountain view from the room was amazing. .....
