I had booked 2 royal class rooms. The manager gave me one royal class and one normal double queen bed only. He wasnt ready to change The person incharge was incooperative. I am at their property and they take you for granted. Finally he gave me an option of one teo bed by shelling out extra 1500 rs. With no ac. No bisleri provided. Same whwn ordered was charges Breakfast was included in the package. Only upma and tea. Pathetic no choice.The worst ever experience of an outstation trip. Wouldnt recommend to any of my friends.

one of the worst experience, i didn't even stay there as they didnt allow us giving some stupid reason, its the worst hotel i have ever seen

No staff to manage. While booking they said all facility are there but when we went there they said no ac and others.

bed was not clean,
also they did not give towels, soap.
as i checked in late, staff denied food.
not even maggy or tea, coffee.
also the bed sheet’s were unclean. cockroaches around.
will not recommend this stay

Only the rooms are good rest in terms of service nothing is up to mark a single helpers keeping on servicing in all rooms that has to be informed from the balcony as the phones in rooms are not working. Pricing is too much if considered with the rooms and facilities provided. Most of the guest had same complaint

my experience was very bad, room was smelling like boys' urinal all the time, the provided bedsheets, pillows and cover had fungus grown on them. i always carry bedsheets with me so that was a saviour. tv was not working. no hot water at the scheduled time, they also cut off the electricity at 4 am saying the whole mahabaleshwar is out of power. will not recommend this place.
