nice stay...though a bit difficult to find as there are no sign boards but close to betim ferry point near sanjay bar and resturant... view from the room is mesmerising..comfortable wooden cottages with airconditioning..washroom also good with all aminities..good caretaker great privacy as there are just two cottages on the property....

Best place to stay in Goa with a very amazing view of the river mandovi. Property has two cottagges and more like a home away from home. Staff working in the property are superb. You can get liqour easily nearby in wholesales rates. Opposite to casino pride 2 and big daddy casino.

Perfect place for couple and family. Even if you love the sea no other place to stay everything near by nice location , great amenities. The best part you can go to panjim free by boat.

awesome stay. good location if you have vehicle. very good nature of aunty and boy who handle this. would def. recommend this. only 2 cottages are there so very much ptivate. very pleasent stay at there.

I checked in at 4pm with my wife. After 10 minutes of entering our room we complained to the staff for bad air conditioning. Since we felt suffocated in the room we tried to open the windows but we saw some boys roaming around in front of our room without clothes. The property is too small with only 2 cottages. The property owner instead of resolving the matter argued a lot and put false allegations on us ..Property not couple friendly and owner not human friendly.
