As per suitability I stay in Campal, But Reception staff is not professional, they need training that how to attend Regular guest, voice softness is sharp weapon, owner has to trained all, Hotel is old location is ok. Ground workers are ok.

For Regular coustmers Reception person have to talk politaly as Hotel bussiness wants good & soft voice with guest everytime when he comes, but all is missing even ground staff is better, but old staff only do harsh type talk with guest, Old Hotel but suitable for me, but I don't think staff has any worth of guest & that effect the image of Hotel/ owner.

I stay 6-7 times in a year & now stay for 3 nights but due to some issue I have check out 1.5 hr late by informing & I was thinking as a regular coustmer they can adjust but asking me for 1k if I do late check out, I was surprised. lower staff is good but person on reception has all power & that can impact the image of Hotel & owner. Specially if we book online in less price, Hotel is normal & suitable for me till.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is a very old hotel , with all old amenities. We stayed in the 2nd floor room , to our surprise there was no lift. Bathroom faucets were very old and some of them were broken. The commode push button was broken. AC was old but was working fine. The room was ok for sleeping . Overall an average hotel to stay

2 out of 3 rooms had issues1 room ac was not working(room no.201)1 room had such a bad odour throughout the stay(209)No consistency with all the rooms..mini fridge was missing in 1 room handwash was missing in 1 room
