waste of money they asked me for extra money and I paid extra money to them staff is so roudly and service is very bad

they are fraud people, i believe all the 9 reviews that are there are from some of their own. no single star review was visible. i had to check in at night and the manager at night asked for more money saying contact support they will arrange another hotel nearby. i asked if they can provide an invoice of the cash payment they denied to provide that. my review is still not published i hope they meet their fate soon
