worst property ever stay in my life. never stay there with family even alone. rude staff. first I check in but I checked out in 1 hour as my family feel uncomfortable in hotel. never ever go there..

The bathroom was very smelly and didn't had proper usable washbasin, the water outlet of floor was broken. And the behaviour of counter person(uncle) was very rude. And The RO water was not provided by hotel, I have never seen this, and the Mineral water bottle cost was 42.

worst behaviour of hotel staff just because booking I'd is not matching ..we have to wait for 1 hr ..and what a horrible service.we are calling customer care service after 30 minutes they receive a call..I would suggest everyone not to go

The staff was so rude
The person on the counter was full of attitude,he was like we are staying here for free
No sense of talking
Pathetic rooms
Uncleaned washrooms
Not warm water
Price of bottle was 40😂
Tea was 60
1/2ltr cold was 120
And the behaviour was 0/10
Dont ever stay here
And also we reached late
And it was our prepaid booking
After that also they made us wait for one hour.

it's a third class hotel, room are pathetic and room size and bed size I small , restaurant facility is close in hotel they provide from out side, unhygienic rooms very dirty , no white blanket , dirty matters and chair, bathroom light not working watter dropping from ac, on booking it's showing free complementary drink and breakfast, when I ask from hotel management they straight away declined and tell to ask from where you book, even they not provide you single water bottle.
