Amazing ambience, extremely good staff, and best of all, the food was very good. We used the spa here, they have a properly trained team to offer the services. Swimming pool is well maintained, considering all the trees and plants available in the property
Safe environment, good staff who are friendly at all times. We happened to stay here in the rainy days. We were reluctant to order food in room service, but they were happy to assist us in the requests.

It's really nice area where the resort is located. near by only the boating ticket including periyar tiger reserve counter is located. elephant safari, chocolate factories also near by and even walkable distance Private and KSRTC buses will be there.. and it cost only 40rs for a local auto to drop from the bus stand to the property and in Uber it will be Intercity charge from bus stand... since its located in the border.

Quiet & great ambience. Well maintained rooms. Good food. Though swimming pool is under maintenance they offered to arrange a pool for us in a nearby property. Enjoyed the spa services. Helpful staff.
