Service is not upto expectation as we stayed in a another hotel at another town in same price range.
Hotel staff is nice and cooperative but basic services like providing kettle in the room is not there. You cannot make coffee and tea etc.
Your morning tea would be provided only after 7:30am
Morning breakfast was good.
property is in good conditions except some amenities like exhaust in bathroom was not available.
Deluxe room is not sufficient for three people. We had to shift to super deluxe room.

diu is a very nice place and staying at this hotel was a correct decision for me. the hotel is very safe, and situated in center with equial distance to all tourist spots.
stay was very comfortable and food was also good. i would like to give 4 star out of 5.
one star, i have deducted because of restaurant (service delays, lesser dining space and no service after between 3 to 6 pm and after 10 pm). except, this, all things were good and pleasant. would like to stay here again, next time.

Food is avarage
Hot water available
Room is ok but looking like they are cleaning once per week.
Low rating because of pathetic cleanness.
Changed my rooms 3-4 times .
For emergency stay it is ok , but for enjoying stay for vacation not recommeded.
