Hotel is located near vagator beach and not too far from the market. Hotel is kind of a villa with rooms having pool access. Pool was not clean and restaurant is not available in the hotel. Room was clean and washroom was clean too. WIFI is good. Overall for the money I paid was not justified as no breakfast or meal was included.

stay experience is very good. we stayed at water villa from where you can access pool directly from room. room was neatly clean. staff behaviour is very good. overall satisfied with the stay.

The property was very peaceful,well maintained.Scooty,bike available on rent.Inhouse bar and food facilities available.Would definitely stay there the next time in Goa.
