actually the rooms were booked for my sisters marriage and the overall experience was superb,the dealings of the staff were very friendly and they are giving high value for customer satisfaction,the restaurant was good and complementary breakfast was good too....

Not recommended..Room was so smelly and they switched off ac in the night. Not at all customer friendly. Food was avarage.

I had a good time in this hotel. Rooms are spacious with all required amenities. The location is perfect. close to the railway station and shopping area. Food is tasty. The only issue is Hot water is not available all the time and it takes time to get hot water. Otherwise all good.

very poor experience from hotel staff. no professionalism. Air conditioner is automatically off on night/toilet flush was not working in morning.

Good Hotel to stay. Friendly staffs. Toiletries were provided. Cleanliness. Restaurant is not open but they arrange food from outside. Near to Nagampadam busstand and Kottayam railway station
