Over priced Hotel.Staffs behavior was not good.They haven't provided me Parking.Its very easy to get these types of thousands hotel's in Kolkata.Bed is small.Toilet was not cleaned.Water stayed on Toilet.Pathetic 😡

Great location. Near to airport. Many shops nearby. clean room. Food is tasty. Outside food is not allowed. Hotel has its own cabs so check out at odd hours is not a problem. Safe & secured. Bed size is enough for 2 adults & 1 kid.

Curtains were small as per the size of the window, Black out curtains are not there. No moisturiser were given even after asking. Toilet was dirty, water spray faucets were in bad condition. Rooms are spacious. IRD food is pathetic.

Hotel is good room also good the only issue with them is HOT WATER facility is not there 24/7. you have to ask them each time you want to use hot water for bathing or feet wash. I went with my parents, stayed there for three days & not even a single day we got hot water for bathing timely. except this 5 out of 5.
