This property is one of the worst i have ever been to. Very untidy rooms, charged early checkin and didn't provide any invoice. In the room there were lizards, mosquitoes and other flies due to which i got scars on my body. Swimming pool is chargeable for the guest also. So i would never recommend anyone to book this hotel.

it was one of the best experiences, awesome place to stay, great food, very courteous staff. upgraded our room to deluxe since the chosen room was under maintenance. would certainly stay again with them when we visit Lucknow again. thank you to the hotel team. keep up the great work.

experience we have to give extra charges for pool first we have to give money for room and in all hotels poollnis included and pool extra charges

amazing support staff , allowed Pet also , bigger Room with Wwimming Pool facility (min. charges).. you may not find any better hotel to stay in Lucknow along with your Pet
