the lobby are was had pathetic smell seems lobby carpet not getting cleaned.. food sweet dish had multiple option but nothing seems fresh suggest to keep limited option but keep it fresh

unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. the service was consistently delayed — we had to call multiple times for even basic requests. despite staying in a deluxe room, the condition of the amenities was poor. the washroom was not well-maintained, the wardrobe had a noticeable layer of dust, and the iron board was badly burnt and dirty.

It is not my first chance to stay in this hotel. Location is superb and rooms are spacious.
In breakfast variety are very less and repeated mostly. They are average in quality. Food in room supplied is better. Room services are not good particularly , amenities and there is lack of coordination. Administration needs to be active and cooperative among themselves .

The room condition was average and in the bathroom, there were leakages of water. Room amenities were ok. Breakfast was also good. For dinner, you have to arrange at your own arrangements because the restaurant was booked in advance every day for outsider guests or you have to book in advance which was difficult for me.It is highly not recommended for an official purpose tour because they will provide the invoice according to their requirements.So I would give 2 stars for amenities, room service and breakfast.
