The room wasn’t clean and there were bed bugs and moreover it nothing looks as shown in pictures.. And moreover the host asked me to pay money even though I showed him that I already paid.. and he rejected without checking properly, and asked me to check with customer care so when I called customer care then he suddenly saying it’s paid ..

They provided unclean room. Used bessheet and pillow covers. Human hairs was all over bed. Bathroom was not clean also . Clogged drain pipe. Towel given was used and full of new stain.
