Had a lovely stay at the property, they have very nice swiming pool having pine trees all around. Service was fabulous and the staff was very polite. Food was also good.
Very vibrant and beautiful environment, relaxing stay over here.

Amazing place and very warm people. Our overall stay was worth a penny. This place is beautiful. We were welcomed with traditional Aarti which so touching. During our entire stay every member of the stay was very helpful and provided quick services. The swimming pool is really good for a relaxing holiday. Keep up the good work 👍

We spent our time very well. All the staff were very nice. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The location of the hotel was very quiet and away from the city noise you can only hear the sound of the birds.

this is my review of chillaru spa and resorts.
the staff is polite. the buffet was decent. the rooms are really cozy and have modern and clean bathrooms. the noise proofing also works well enough. the pool looks like it's enclosed but isn't. that is my only gripe with the place.
also it's a climb when you drive into the side lane that leads to the hotel from the road, so better contact the staff for assistance if you are not confident enough to drive on steep inclines, i believe that should be enough.

friendly accommodating staff ,willing to help with a smile ..right from welcome ceremony to check in was like so hassle free. upon. reaching rooms wich were new fresh pure himachali style use of woods with all amenities .
we were upgraded on higher category of room upon single request .the owner himself mr sood was available in the property .had a word with him .he was extremely polite .we had a bonfire outside our room on request .they pamper u in every possible way to make ur stay comfortable .

Location is good but the facilities according to price is not worthy..power cut after 10pm, no hot water , no slippers in room, poor wifi connection . Good for corporate events only specially for arranging hard drink parties
