Very bad experience ,
Guy at receptionist were too arrogant ..
On the name of resort they provide the accommodation in separate house ..
Which was not even having the name of chirping hills ( it was seems to be private property )
Not only this .. fan of room was creating abnormal noise .. geysers of both the rooms were not working .. caretaker of that property giving the hot water in buckets ..
Will suggest everyone to avoid this property as too many options in bhimtal with same price range ..

the property is severely understaffed and is managing with inexperienced employees. the staff members are often clueless and exhibit rude behavior, and there is a complete lack of hygiene checks. the linens, towels were stained, and the bathroom had a foul odor. i traveled with my driver, but they do not have a proper room for drivers; instead, they use a shady storage room with cement sacks and a single table as bed with no light and fan that too in the night after 8 pm.

aesthetics are good it's a picture perfect place to stay at but extremely disappointed by the service and overall experience of the resort. food quality is poor and and breakfast spread has very few options. rooms are very average at this cost.

property is fine..no view of lake from rooms.. I booked suite , best room of property but it's not like the best one.. it badly need renovation.. don't expect too much. just a casual stay... breakfast options are too less

A nice hotel in a great location like this one deserves to be better looked after and much better maintained.
- The bathroom floors were all wet due to water leakages from taps,
- No basic toiletries were available in bathroom till we requested for some basin-soaps.
- Kettles in rooms were broken and it seems most the items were just managed by the local staff..
- The chef could not make a simple scrambled-egg and declined :))...(they just need some minimum training at all levels)

Hotel is located on Highway near Machan restaurant. Resort is clean, well maintained and has plenty of spaces in room. Food and service was great. Staff was helpful. We played lot of games and enjoyed. Kid also loved over there. Scenic view from room was awesome. I feel choice of Hotel menu for food could be larger. Overall great place to stay in Budget.
