they didn't even provide clean tea cups in the room, in front of me the staff just washed the cup with plain water in my room washroom and handed it to me to have tea. when i denied he gave me disposable cups

Best thing was location- at walkable distance, opposite to CSMT station.
Room was clean. I didn't expected it but it was.
Washroom was shared Washroom but that was also cleaned.
Only issue was Height of the room & Washroom. you can see the image I shared. I'm 5.5 feet.

good, clean, just next to CST station,
compared to other it's lot better at given p rice.
cons:
height of room is nearly 5.10 inch
room.size is 60 sqft
for not attached washroom double bed room

Location wise the hotel will beat every other hotel. just next to CSMT railway station. Room was extremely small and there was no ventilation, not even in the Bathroom, which was the only con i felt.

Good location. very clean. BUT did not provide wifi access. breakfast is you get what is served. today it was missal bhaji and pau with one cup coffee or tea. The missal is a very Very spicy Maharashtra food.
no water is provided or kettle or tea/ coffee maker.
Good if you need to connect yo the rail from CST.

it was very good & comfortable stay here. staffs are very supportive & cooperative. location is fabulous just front of csmt. food is easily available as 2 good family restaurants are just below property. overall liked it.
only 1 things to add, no mirror in deluxe & semi- deluxe bedroom, for everything have to use bathroom mirror. hot drinking water cattle not there, but they'll provide hot water if needed. overall it's good place to stay
