Only good thing about this hotel was there owner who was flexible about timing, but there desk staff was so rude, and hotel was shabby,food quality was average, you can find hotel,restaurants, cinema hall everything in same building

The hotel staffs never heard the word "customer service". Most of the hotel staffs are extreme lazy. They don't do anything as per their job responsibilities. You have to ask for each and everything. I went to Patna Sahib with my colleague for official purposes. We shared one standard AC double bed room and stayed for 5 nights. They changed the towel twice in five days and we had to ask for one extra towel even though they knew that booking is for two people. They provide RO water but in first d ...more
