Location is very good if you are visiting Golden Temple, rest everything is poor. They don’t provide even a single bottle of water, it is chargeable. Prices are exorbitant compared to the conditions of room. All these metrics help furniture and fixtures are broken, tvs are dangling without cables. Bathrooms are so small that even a single person is unable to move properly

Overall experience was average…
Rooms are not worth the charges. Lot of moisture on the walls. Rooms were having cockroaches. Bedding was neat. Towels were neat. Staff was average. Toilets were decent. Location is very good and quite near to the Golden Temple. Worth looking for some other property instead of this. This hotel needs a renovation and more decent staff.

Hotel is Good. Location is excellent, however you have to carry your luggage yourself as no TAXI, Auto will go upto hotel. Telephone in the room not working.
