Stayed on 14/15 june 25 with kids, foods rooms and service all was excellent. Kids enjoy a lot, all staffs are very polite and helpful

room was very small, 3 star facility ..still wandering whether room was in bathroom or bathroom was attached with the room. bathroom door latch lock malfunction.
construction / civil work or repair was going on with hammer and machine noise...is it a 5 star????
dinner was not of 5 star level..breakfast was good, lobby ambience was good..

The room provided had construction going on in the room above. At 8am in the morning, got woken up by the heavy drilling sound. Further the work continued through out the day so could kot rest in the room properly. Further, the biggest challenge in the hotel is that the staff is rude. The next morning, at the breakfast, asked for black coffee, and coffee had some residue white stuff in it. The cleanliness is a major issue at the hotel. The in room water kept is RO watter which is bottled by the hotel, but the bottles are dirty. If you remove the cap of the bottle and see inside, it is fungus ridden. Further, the service is extremely pathetic. The breakfast spread is not good for the room price and as compared to market standards
