The staff and reception presence is terrible. The staff is rude. The room was smelly, the hot water was not there. I waited about 1 hour for them to fix. Terrible experience

Had a very pleasant stay, staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel and room was very clean. I will definitely make it a point to stay here during my next visit. I will also prefer this when I decide to come with my family.
