Observations:
- Completely empty hotel with no other guests except us
- Paid Rs 800 for one night for an extra bed for my sister
- The extra bed was a mattress on the floor
- We had already massively overpaid with no option to refund.
- We didn't stay one night (paid the exorbitant room tariff AND the extra bedding fee)
- Grumpy owner with terrible manners who wouldn't listen to reason
- We paid for breakfast buffet - received dry parathas in the morning

Avoid. Completely avoid. Terrible location, unprofessional staff.
We were locked out of this place at night and staff went to sleep. Another time staff would come to our room at midnight to ask for smoke. Location is so so so bad that we were scared at 9 in the night to go back from the market.
Please note staff is very fishy. We had to lock all our bags every time we left the hotel.

Very Nice Hotel.. The view from the balcony is Awesome.. The staff is very friendly and helpful.. The owner himself took care of smallest of the needs of the guests.. Would surely recomend hye hotel..

WiFi was not working. Bathroom quality and hygiene can be improved. Heater and other heating facilities were absent.
Staffs were very good and helpful. Food quality was very good.

There are few things which I'll mention in our 3Nights stay in this hotel.
1.)On day 1 of our arrival, we were welcomed with a very warm hospitality by hotel staff & it gave us a good first impression. They were ready to host any query or Requirements whether it may be of food or any other things. we were happy to choose this hotel.
But not anymore, 2nd & 3rd day gradually services started declining specially food.

Hotel Classic is a budget hotel with good amenities. Hotel staff was excellent and provided every possible help. Mr. Sunil was very kind and helped me a lot whenever I wanted to talk to my family members as there is no Vodafone/Idea network in Leh. I reccomend this hotel to family and solo travellers.

My stay in Hotel Classic Ladakh was fantabulous. I was awed by their warmest hospitality and services. The location is perfect for people who want to chillax and find some moment of quiet time. The view from the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. Also, the food we eat here in the hotel was mouthwateringly delicious. Most of all, Uncle Ashok, the owner of the hotel, is such a humble person who took cares of his clients like his own. My journey to Ladakh was even more beautiful because of my stay here in Classic Ladakh. Thank you 🔆
