Let's start with Pros : Room View and service. Also food was fine but very limited menu.
Cons: There was construction going on in the hotel which was a big dampner we had to stay as we were not getting refund. One should not book if it's more than 3k. Its a 1-2 star kind of local hotel.
It's like a Villa converted into a hotel all rooms may have different structure. Gallery we expected was large as per picture shown but it was too small. The children play area was small and not much to talkof.

Overall a satisfactory stay. Compact hotel.
Pros:
The staff was very polite and helpful and the food was good.
Cons:
The hotel is going through renovation which was much needed as bathroom fittings & furniture seems quite old and not in working conditions the bathtub was also worn out. banging noise of construction and pool
the bottom rooms are too cold and without ventilation.
be aware of monkeys.
We had upgraded to a family room which had a round shaped bed which was nice, It had a poolside view as well as a mountain view which was also very nice.

Partition Family room was Good.. Surrounding view from this room is excellent.
Food was Average and somewhat costly as compared to other specific food locations..

We had a stay in Room Number 107 (Room with Jacuzzi) for 3 nights. Breakfast Included.
Positive Points:
The room was clean.
The staff is extremely polite, friendly and cooperative.
Food from the kitchen is also good. They provide food in the room as per demand
Spa is also good.
Jacuzzi is very good.
Tea/Coffee kit, Soaps/Shampoos are available.
Location is good. Just 400-500 meters from Lingmala Waterfall.
Negative Points:
Charging Sockets are less. Could have been more.

overall average resort
room has roaches, room wall was damp and fungus , AC was not cooling well, swimming had not well cleaned could not use it, staff were polite and provide good service even food was tasty and good. I think resort will need to take care of pest, dampness in the wall and Ac cooling.
