Don't Book this hotel.Very bad service, restaurant food was bad,they are serving stale food.no toiletries,no slippers,no hi-tea with cookies.all false commitment.very very bad.

The towels provided were Dirty , Hot water was not available in the mornings for taking bath.

The hotel is on the second floor and there is no lift. The towels were very rough and old. No dental kit. In Premium and Executive class, there is a difference of 1 feet area which really makes the room look luxurious as per hotel staff. The sambar served for breakfast was stale. The water was not hot enough for bathing. I had to use a hot water kettle to get the water hot enough for bathing. The walls were damp. The floor mats were dirty. Don't expect more than Dharamshala-like rooms. 1 star for the lady receptionist who tried to make our stay comfortable but couldn't.

Average stay, good food. Facilities provided are not enough given the cost of rooms especially special superior and executive category rooms. The hotel service is slow and facilities inadequate. can improve on multiple parameters like providing additional dustbin in the room, facility of heaters and quality and cleanliness of sofa , towel and linens should be improved, provide exhaust fan in bathroom. all this was missing. Superior room had leakage(photos attached)

Very good hotel. Beautifully designed well decorated plus a heaven for pure vegetarian food lovers. Must try Indian cuisine, it was a finger licking food. Definitely recommendable. Plus the location is the best you can find in the heart of the city. Thanks to the team of hotel cloud Social for such a wonderful experience i had on my stay.

No hot water. room size is a bit small. price 4k is high for room.
