worst experience. Room condition is not good and hygiene was not maintained. The staffs even did not ask for room service. We had to go to them & request for cleaning and all. Room AC was not working properly & there was water flowing from washroom to our bed.

This property is totally new. Superb room and taste of the food is just amazing. but one thing need to improve is the Staff service, which is totally poor. responding time is around 1 hr. I had the prblm with cooling issue in ac. they respond it at 11.pm at night. I had been continuously telling them since 8.pm . other than this everything is ok.

I have been to clover couple of times now and generally it is good but this time was the most disappointing experience. There were bed bugs and got allergic reaction to their biting. Service was really lax. Didn't get breakfast on time even after asking them couple of times. Hope they improve on these.

location is good. easily accessible to all major places. corporate offices and study institutions are nearby. Food is good and tasty. Although rooms are good and spacious,Need little improvement on cleanliness. Bedsheets is old and should be replaced.

TV was not working properly. Despite multiple requests, no action was taken. we were asked to change room if we want working TV by paying higher amount. Door lock is also not working properly. Break faar was given only two people stating child would not be served breakfast despite booking also done for child. Idli served for breakfast was half cooked.
