poor room service and very less option in breakfast menu. No hot water in bathroom and no one even came for any help after informing on reception.

the stay was good, food was nice, the only problem is reception and rooms are at different places. It often confuses. rooms on the first floor and reception on the second floor

the behavior off staff at the reception.after paying so much cash you have to lock the room at the time of checkout and give the key to the reception.

very bad stay, parking was horrible can’t sleep because of the noises, there was some works going on upstairs up to 3:00am. we booked 3+1 room and there was not much space in bed. tv was not working and informed the reception but no one attended.
