worst lunch.keep on waiting for each n every thing.they give you different room .not as shown n pics n adcyou have booked..room attached to a small balcony.behaviour of staff n services are not of club Mahindra standards.worst experience with this property.so called senior most person on reception was very rude.not keen to solve issue.mr gaurav asked us for extra 1500 rs for child less than 5 yrs.after sometime he asked for rs 3000 and refused to give check in before extra payment.As v were left with no option n paid him 3000 and he gave us room other than we have booked.

The hotel room was excellent with a view from the balcony. Room service for food was also fine with great taste and attractive packaging. Peaceful stay. Sunrise and Sunset points in the property were amazing. Full day activities schedule where one can enjoy dance class, play games and much more. The breakfast buffet was also tasty.

The hotel rooms were available but denied the availability after payment.
They didn't provided the category of rooms which I booked and refused

The sunset view is amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are helpful. Great location near Shimla and nearest to Shimla Kalka Toy train stoppage at Kandaghat.
Scenic beauty, greenery, so many trees and plants are wonderful tribute to the eyes. Activities for the Children.

Still staying here having a very bad experience. After paying a bomb they gave me a bad room 8x8 sqft with no window or balcony. How can a person stay at a hill station without any views from your Room. Very disappointed. I am with friends and most are members of club Mahindra so had thought of taking the membership but very disappointed and it a NO No pls.

Stay exprerince is so good food quiality is poor as i get dinner ... brekfast got skkiped due to i was late 15 minutes
