Very good stay. I recommend to get massage at the spa from Mr Kale. He is really good.
Rest of the amenities were also good

Rooms are good enough. Lot of open area.
There is kids play area also.
They clean your room every alternate day.
The breakfast buffet is ok ok. everyday its the same menu.
Parking can be an issue sometimes. As they didn't have a valet and everytime I had to park my own car.

Swift checkin with yummy strawberry welcome drink; good service; clean rooms but dated; sofa in the rooms needed replacement as it is too old; very green and good for families with kids as there’s ample space to play and run around.

It was an extremely bad experience with the 5 star property being maintained like a 1 star hotel and staff behavior violating personal choices. Every staff you meet is going to keep asking you in a 'polite' way if they can click a picture with you and upload on either Facebook or ****, which itself was annoying. My experience was way less than a '5-star' one - with stinky rooms and okayish food.

thanks to goibibo got such beautiful resort with very low price. I enjoyed my stay in Mahabaleshwar. location is just near to perfect and food is amazing. Hotel rooms and service is really good. I will recommend everyone to use Goibibo app as they make sure you got good hotel if their is any cancellation from hotel side.
