We were super excited on the trip to Thekkady and had a wonderful time at Club Mahindra Resort. We loved being in the resort as there were many options to relax and have fun inside the resort. It was awesome and the favorite of all time vacation done so far.

The club Mahendra property is locketed just near to periyar house. The property has very large area & amenities are very good.

We stayed here for three nights in June 2016 with family. It was very pleasant stay. This properly is located very near to all important places in Thekkady. Everything is just walk in distance.Morning breakfast (complimentary with our package) is wide and delicious. The whole property is well designed and managed. We ordered a cake for one of my close friend (we stayed together) wedding anniversary. It was awesome. The kitchen is smart.

Hotel is good.But the service is very poor. Room service and the restaurant service all very poor. The people were very lazy. Also the cleanliness was very poor. Overall i would say that the stay was not worth for the money.

The stay is average, amenities are good. Rooms are not ready when one arrives, wait for 1-2 hours to get the room. Food was costly as in a five star luxurious hotel, Better to go out and have food. Since the first day one of their staff started to give pesky calls asking to take their membership. Even send their staff to hit the door at 12 in the night, since i switched off the phone to avoid the calls. Be wary of stay at Mahindra & Sterling Resorts.

We had taken couple of rooms and were a group of 4 friends. We had our own car which we drive to the resort. We were welcomed by a welcome drink. Pros Rooms were clean and spacious, we have huge bed. Ceilings are really high The resort has a very good location. Service was really good, they even accommodated early check-in Cons Activities in the resort are limited, although they have tables tennis, indoor games foosball, etc Overall - recommended

Had a pathetic experience at Club Mahindra, Thekady. Very poorly maintained property. Was welcomed with a lizard in the washroom. Used toiletries were provided and no hand towels were there in the washroom, Refrigerator in the room wasn't working. It was a rude shock to see a 21' CRT TV in the room. Computer table didn't had any power outlet, so you couldn't charge and work with your laptop. Inspite of calling the house-keeping several times, no one came to pick up th luggage. I had to tug my lugggage myself to the parking areas which was ardous task since it was climb up the hill ...
