The hotel is good but was costly. We were charged around 3000 per night plus extra charges for acquiring room with a balcony. We ordered coffee but noone came to take away the cups for 3 days. The bedsheets were not changed even once during the four day stay and even the electric kettle given in the room was rusty.

it was mentioned in the ad that it is a hotel, but i went there. i did not find any reception. i tried to contact all the phone numbers. i could not reach the hotel staff phone numbers on the map. the location says it is on the national highway five, i was right there at the location with my partner. we were so stressed. we could not find the location and no one even answer our calls because the hotel is off the highway, not exactly on the highway and it is very hard to find it, and the main rea ...more

The hotels location is good and 5 star for staff but the owner needs to keep the cook for the property and there were plumbing issues in the washroom. The water from basin keeps on leaking from the drain pipe below which sucks rest all good

hotel didn't provide the room and cancelled the booking
when we reached the hotel, they said that they don't have electricity or water supply so, they wouldn't be able to provide us accommodation

Amazing stay at Co*coon Homestay. Newly constructed property. Perfect amenities. Good view from the balcony. Both the host and the caretaker were very helpful. Perfect for anyone visiting Shimla.
