Washroom is of a mess. The pots are broken. There's water supply issue all the time.. the care taker is not polite when reported the issues. The swimming pool isn't worth taking a dip. It has no purifier system to my knowledge. It isn't a resort at all.. the total property size is hardly 150 sq metrs. Other guests even got hurt in the washroom during my stay.The pics by other guests specially Lord Shiva statue are not of the property. We booked looking at the pics. The property looks beautiful but however the way they have maintained it was pathetic. The room and washroom was not clean, swimming pool was dirty. And the excuse the staff given was it is monsoon season.

its a budget friendly room.. rooms were neat, bathroom is bit an average one.. if you are planning a trip to north goa in less experience you can choose this..

The worsted hotel i have visited yet. No customer service , No water , Full of dust inside the room.This is not the place to come and leave with frnds and family. bad hotel experience ever

This hotel is very bad ,not clin room & tent , does not provide clin water, does not sanitation, very bad smell in tent A.C. noise very high bedsheet not clin .so please do not stay in this resort very bad experience in this resort.

The Resort was Almost Empty and thus we had the whole Resort By Ourselves, PROS :- The tents are amazing & also the Conventional room are good With All the Basic amenities, The Resort is Located almost nearby to all Major Attractions of North Goa so it's Really Convenient. We got a good deal and thus it was Fun to stay.
