really one of the best in that budget range. the staff behaved nicely and solved our issues quickly. overall i would strongly recommend this hotel for your stay.
moreover, its just a few minutes walkable place from kodaikanal bus stand.

hotel experience is very bad.... no facilities which mentioned on the property details. dirty rooms, cub boards are full of cigarettes ashes, bathroom lights are bad condition.... overall not good stat

The only positive factor is the location. Room was not cleaned properly. Bed was dusty and hairs in bed, over all cleanliness was not good.
No free toiletries. Only one charging point.

Pros. Staffs are well behaved, rooms are spacious, hot water available, good location,
Cons.
The rooms badly smelled, no views from window, if you are young and healthy then you may survive... Don't plan if you are traveling with children and elderly people... The rooms are suffocating, damp and strong badly smelled... Seems like never received sunlight and air ventilation is very poor as it below the road level...

it was a short stay. tye location is heart of kodaikanal. rooms are just ok. however the staffs are very polite abd helpful.
